Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CS, PM, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high-volume portfolio of implementations and upgrades on time and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and document requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development, sales, and support.
• Lead QA/testing and ensure delivery meets contract specs.
