The DREAM Program, Inc. is seeking a Grant & Project Manager to help advance funding strategies across regions, coordinating with development, programs, and leadership to secure and manage grants.

You will lead grant lifecycle, write proposals, manage pipelines, and translate impact data into narratives for funders, while ensuring compliance and collaboration in a hybrid Boston-area setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–7+ years in grant writing, fundraising, or project management.
• Experience with federal grants preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication.

• Develop, edit, and coordinate compelling grant proposals and reports.
• Manage grant pipeline to support revenue goals and planning.
