Job summary

Mid Atlantic Arts invites an organized Grants Associate to join our team in a hybrid/remote capacity. Reporting to the Grant Manager, you will manage post-award inquiries, documents like Grant Agreements and final reports, and coordinate bi-weekly payments and data transfers between grants management and finance systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in nonprofit grants administration, strong communication, and meticulous data skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant work experience in nonprofit administration, grants administration, or fundraising.
• Experience with grants management systems (GMS) and CRM systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for grantees on post-award inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate submission of required materials including Grant Agreements and final reports.
• Review agreements for accuracy and coordinate revisions with grantees.
• Maintain electronic grant files and support bi-weekly grant payments.
• Assist with eligibility reviews and data cleanup in systems.
• Test templates for applications, agreements, and reports to ensure usability.
• Produce and reconcile data transfers between grants management and finance systems.
