Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a fully remote contract with an ASAP start, focused on grants and grant-related activities. You will manage multiple projects end-to-end, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, and ensure precise grant documentation and reporting.

Excellent communication, organization, and independent work are essential for success in this role. The position offers flexible remote work and a competitive hourly pay rate, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience supporting grants, grant-funded programs, or grant-related activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion, keeping timelines, deliverables, and priorities on track.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Support grant-related projects and activities, including documentation, tracking, deadlines, and reporting.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
• Organize project meetings, prepare materials, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and grant-related documentation.
• Identify potential project delays or issues and help develop solutions to keep work moving forward.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
