Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a remote-based sales professional to drive revenue for Dignity Memorial services. You will develop community relationships, present planning options, and set qualified appointments while supporting families through the process.

You will manage leads, follow up for referrals, and maintain CRM records to maximize client satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors license where required by state; Life Insurance license where required.
• Current state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue targets; generate qualified leads through community relationships.
• Present Dignity Memorial services to consumers and schedule sales appointments.
• Follow up with families for referrals and obtain post-sale feedback.
• Maintain CRM activity and nurture relationships with client families.
