MBK Senior Living in Seattle, WA is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join our dining team. The Cook will prepare meals according to recipes, maintain high quality and presentation, and support the Dining Services Department under the direction of the Executive Chef.

This role requires 2+ years cooking experience, high school diploma or GED, Food Handler and ServSafe certifications, and the ability to work 6am–7pm Thursday through Monday.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Certification and ServSafe Certification required.
• Culinary Arts degree or vocational training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all food items per menus and recipes to high quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and HACCP compliance in the kitchen.
• Coordinate with Director/Sous Chef on menu changes and portions.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and waste minimization.
