Dalton State College in Dalton, GA seeks a Foundation Fund Accountant to support the Foundation’s financial operations, donor compliance, and reporting. The role reports to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and interfaces with Fiscal Affairs and campus centers.

The position emphasizes fund administration, accounts payable/receivable, and annual reporting, with a minimum hourly rate of $22.31 based on education and experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• More than three years of accounting or related financial experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel.
• Preferred experience with Blackbaud FE-NXT.

Mansioni

• Administers fund expense requests and stewardship of Foundation funds.
• Codes and reviews expense requests for accuracy and donor compliance.
• Records transactions in FE-NXT and coordinates payments via ACH or checks.
• Maintains internal controls and assists in grants and endowment administration.
• Prepares financial reports, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
• Supports VP and campus stakeholders with accounting-related communications.
