Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Experience with not-for-profit organizations and fund accounting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer fund disbursement withdrawal requests and steward Foundation funds, ensuring donor intent and policy compliance.
• Analyze, reconcile, and validate charges for accurate allocation and accounting.
• Record transactions in the financial system, coordinate payments, monitor cash needs, and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow projections related to fund disbursement and operating activities.
• Support Form 1099 reporting, external audits, and other compliance reviews; contribute to audit-ready records.
