National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks a full-time Treatment Coordinator for our Foster Care Team in Tallmadge, OH. This entry-level opportunity involves providing advocacy and support to youth and families, working under supervision to help youths live safely and successfully in the community.

The role requires daily travel for home visits and community-based services, plus a bachelor’s degree in social work and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services as required.
• Travels daily to deliver community-based services to youth and families.
• Coordinates and monitors clinical services including mental health, education, medication management, and psychology services.
• Reviews and updates youth-based plans.
• Establishes strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Assists in family reunification and stabilization within the youth’s plan.
• Provides safety assessments, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization as needed.
