Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Lima, Ohio invites applications for an Entry Level Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually with a productivity bonus eligible. The role focuses on advocacy and support to help youth safely live in the community.

The position collaborates with youth, families, foster parents, and partners under supervision, providing essential mental health and related services in the Foster Care Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed.
• Proficient with desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers; familiar with word processing, spreadsheet and database software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services as required.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services for youth and families.
• Coordinate and monitor clinical services including mental health, education, medication management, and psychological services.
• Regularly review and update youth-based plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Assist in family reunification and stabilization efforts per the youth's plan.
• Provide safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization as needed.
