CLEAResult in the United States is hiring a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of commercial energy efficiency projects and programs. You will support Program Managers, Account Managers, Energy Auditors, Technicians, and Operations staff through tracking, scheduling, data management, reporting, and payments, while upholding accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with data entry, validation, reporting, and QA.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and project tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting commercial energy efficiency or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track commercial energy efficiency projects from initiation to completion.
• Support team members with project logistics and administrative tasks.
• Review and maintain project documentation for accuracy.
• Process project transactions and payments per requirements.
• Enter and audit data across CRM, utility portals, and internal tools.
• Conduct QA/QC to resolve documentation and data errors.
• Coordinate material orders and track inventory.
• Export reports to support management and forecasting.
• Assist with scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
