Job summary

CLEAResult seeks an Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, internally and externally. You’ll support programs, projects, or processes across data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process improvement; this is more internal-facing, with some client contact.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and clear communicators, and accountable to commitments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Process payments.
• Gather, enter, and track data, ensuring quality.
• Adhere to program, practice, and operations guidelines.
• Export predesigned reports.
• Offer support for staff and program meetings.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as an Operations Coordinator! You will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally. Your scope of work will range from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. You’ll engage in multiple operational areas including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. This role tends to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although you’ll often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. Compensation

Compensation Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
