Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and report progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.
• Navigate established program workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure compliant program delivery.
• Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications.
• Perform intermediate calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Assemble client/internal deliverables and respond to client requests with monthly and other program reports.
• Field and resolve customer concerns via phone/email to maintain high satisfaction.
• Oversee timelines, system functionality, and drive process improvements.
• Review and interpret existing data reports to derive actionable insights for operations leadership.
