Qualifications

• Four years of interviewing or data interpretation experience.

• Eligible for PA residency and Lancaster County preference.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers by phone to gather information.
• Review policy and determine eligibility for financial assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, waivers.
• Enter information into automated eligibility systems and perform calculations.
• Document clear case comments explaining circumstances and changes.
• Apply federal and state regulations and meet deadlines.
• Interpret policies to ensure correct processing of cases.
