Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services for elementary students in Washington. The contract runs through June 16th, with a supportive team including two SLP colleagues and dedicated preschool and Autism/IDD classrooms.

The role welcomes CFYs, SLPA, and experienced SLPs with pediatric backgrounds. Teletherapy and traditional settings are available, with a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP or Communication Disorders required.
• WA SLP licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Comfort delivering in traditional and teletherapy settings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and evaluations and provide individualized therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and special education staff.
• Maintain documentation and develop IEP goals.
• Engage with families to support goals at home and school.
• Adapt services for general education, preschool, and Autism/IDD.
