Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in the Bellevue, WA area. This is a full-time, first-semester assignment designed to support students’ communication development within a collaborative educational setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP or CSD, a WA license (or eligibility), and ASHA CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. You will deliver therapy aligned to IEP goals and participate in team discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SLP or CSD.
• Washington SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience or interest in school-based speech-language therapy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnostics as required.
• Develop IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding strategies to support students’ communication needs.
