Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in Washington. You will support two elementary schools, travel between sites, and collaborate with teachers and families to foster student success from kindergarten through fifth grade.

The full-time role runs Sept 2026 to June 2027, with 7.5 hours per day, five days a week, and a $50/hour starting rate. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) match, and a flexible spending account.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active WA SLP license.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate (WA) required.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of two years in school-based settings.
• SLP-CCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy to K–5 students.
• Develop and implement IEPs for identified students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy approaches.
• Travel between two school sites during the week.
• Participate in school-based team meetings and professional development.
