Job summary

White Glove Community Care in New York is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Coordinator / Case Management Specialist to support the EI department under the EI Manager, handling referrals, case management, documentation and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior EI experience, strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases with time-sensitive deadlines, using EI Hub and ProviderSoft to maintain accurate records and prepare IFSP

Qualifications

• Prior Early Intervention experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of EI Hub, ProviderSoft or similar systems.
• High School Diploma required; further education preferred.
• Solid understanding of EI workflows, authorizations, documentation and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit referrals through EI Hub.
• Open, manage, and maintain EI cases in ProviderSoft.
• Maintain required case documentation and authorizations.
• Monitor case statuses and update plans accordingly.
• Schedule IFSP meetings with Brooklyn Regional.
• Prepare and send certified correspondence to families when required.
• Review session notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Run weekly/monthly EI reports on case status, authorization and progress.
• Assist with audits to ensure regulatory and agency documentation standards.
