Job summary

New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene seeks a Senior Healthcare Program Planner Analyst to coordinate IFSP meetings, ensure timely documentation, and support service delivery for early intervention across NYC. The role involves data entry in NYEIS, collaboration with families and service coordinators, and adherence to NYS EI regulations.

Applicants should have a strong background in health program planning with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields and four+ years in health care program planning, design or evaluation; or Master’s with three+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of NYC EI services and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IFSP meetings with families, interventionists and service coordinators within timelines.
• Ensure completion of documentation for evaluation and IFSP processes and related service/billing paperwork.
• Attend mediations/fair hearings as assigned and participate in meetings.
• Communicate with EI providers and families in a professional manner; report concerns and requests.
