Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an EHR Application Analyst II to design, configure, implement, and support diverse EHR applications across ambulatory and inpatient settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business customers, maintaining content, and ensuring timely delivery with strong project management and certifications to stay current with application enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of direct experience in EHR implementation and support.
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively.
• Vendor certification in good standing for assigned applications; six-month certification window if not yet certified.
• Experience with web-based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsabilités

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates functional specification documents and validates content with business owners.
• Completes projects with supervision and develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues affecting deliverables.
• Maintains certifications for EHR applications and stays updated on new functionality.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors; participates in cross-functional meetings.
• Prepares and maintains documentation (analysis, design, programming, procedures, user guides).
• Performs other duties as needed to meet department needs.
• Provides on-call/after-hours support as required.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
