Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience in EHR implementation or 2-5 years operational experience with EHR applications.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates functional specification documents and validates content with business owner.
• Manages projects with supervision and develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues impacting deliverables; supports after-hours on-call as needed.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors; participates in cross-functional meetings.
• Prepares documentation including analysis, design, programming, and user guides.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
