Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to shape students' educational journeys by identifying needs and advocating for resources. You’ll conduct psycho-educational assessments, communicate findings clearly to parents and staff, and collaborate on interventions that boost performance and access to education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff in clear, compassionate language.
• Collaborate with teams to create evidence-based interventions that enhance student performance.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to ensure programs meet student needs.
