Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks an Educational Diagnostician to assess students, identify needs, and advocate for resources that support success. You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations and communicate findings with families and school staff.

You will develop evidence-based interventions, participate in ARD meetings, and help ensure access to education for every student. Flexible full-time, part-time, or as-needed roles offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least one year as Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear communication.
• Collaborate with teams to create evidence-based interventions to enhance student performance.
• Participate in ARD meetings and conferences to ensure programs meet students’ needs.
