Candor is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to shape the educational journey of students by identifying needs and advocating for resources. You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations and collaborate with parents, district staff, and ARD teams to ensure appropriate services and access to education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Communicate findings to parents and district staff with clarity and compassion.
• Develop interventions with teams to enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to ensure programs meet students' needs.
