Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to shape the educational journey of students by identifying their unique needs and advocating for the resources that enable their success.

You will conduct psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility and service needs, review findings with parents and district staff, and collaborate with teams to create interventions, attending ARD meetings and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
• At least one year as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations to determine eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear and compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with teams to create evidence-based interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to ensure programs meet students' needs.
