Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Educational Diagnostician to support students and schools, performing psycho-educational assessments and ARD participation to identify needs. You will conduct evaluations, review findings with parents and district staff, and collaborate to develop evidence-based interventions that enhance student access to education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear communication.
• Develop evidence-based interventions to enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to ensure programs meet students’ needs.
