Job summary

The King's Trust is seeking a Fundraising Systems Executive to support and improve our fundraising systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will join the Application Support team to ensure reliability, efficiency and user friendliness for fundraising teams and stakeholders.

You will work closely with developers, testers, and business teams to diagnose issues, support users, and drive continuous improvement in our fundraising technology and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and application support environments.
• Ability to investigate data and integration issues and produce operational reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for application-related queries and issues.
• Investigate system and integration issues and support end users.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product specialists and business stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Balance reactive support with proactive system enhancements to improve fundraising technology.
