The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Microsoft Dynamics Developer to drive the Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement platform and related Azure components. You will implement C# Dataverse plugins, manage ALM across many environments, and integrate with Azure services to deliver scalable, AI-assisted capabilities for a federated nonprofit network.

Competenze

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience in production environments.
Proficient in writing C# Dataverse plugins — both synchronous and asynchronous — deployed to production.
Deep knowledge of the Dataverse SDK, Entity Reference patterns, Relationship Entities, and transactional API patterns.
Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales for a nonprofit or fundraising module is a plus.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and maintain C# Dataverse plugins (synchronous and asynchronous) supporting complex business logic and CRM customizations.
Build and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules across 40+ environments.
Develop and support the Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement platform, including gift processing and pledge management.
Architect multi-entity transaction patterns using the Dataverse SDK to ensure atomic processing.
