Job summary

The Development Operations Coordinator at the German Marshall Fund of the United States is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day administration of GMF’s development systems, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365, data quality, reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM user support for colleagues in the US and Europe.

This position works closely with the Resource Development leadership and cross-functional teams to promote consistent CRM use, data hygiene, and accurate fundraising reporting,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365, in nonprofit or fundraising context.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity across systems.
• Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and data summaries for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynamics 365 and maintain data entry standards, views, and reports.
• Support data governance, quality-control processes, and data hygiene.
• Coordinate moves-management tracking and pipeline reporting.
• Provide user support and develop simple guides for CRM users.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Grants, Finance, and Program teams to improve processes.
