Job summary

The Jewish Federations of North America seeks a Full Stack Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join the Technology & Innovation team, supporting the Dynamics Collective migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement.

At the intersection of enterprise CRM architecture, cloud engineering, and AI-accelerated development, you will work hands-on with Dataverse, Azure, and C# plugin development across multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development in production environments.
• Experience writing C# Dataverse plugins (synchronous and asynchronous) deployed to production.
• Deep knowledge of the Dataverse SDK, Entity Reference patterns, Relationships, and transactional APIs.
• Proficiency in Dynamics solution management, publisher configuration, and patch deployment.
• 3+ years of Azure development, including Azure Functions, Azure Durable Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps including YAML pipelines and environment management.
• Working knowledge of Azure API Management, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and external system integration via APIs/webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C# Dataverse plugins (synchronous and asynchronous) across Federation deployments.
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules for 40+ deployments.
• Develop the Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement platform including gift processing and pledge management.
• Architect multi-entity transaction patterns using the Dataverse SDK for atomic processing.
• Lead solution deployment, ALM, and environment management across Dynamics environments.
• Develop Azure Functions and Durable Functions for stateful orchestration and pipelines.
• Build Azure-based integration services connecting Dynamics 365 with third-party platforms.
• Configure and maintain Azure components (API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, tests, and deployments across the portfolio.
• Contribute to data migration and analytics workloads with Fabric and Data Factory.
