Job summary

The Jewish Federations of North America is seeking an experienced Full Stack Microsoft Dynamics Developer to advance the Dynamics Collective, a multi-year digital transformation migrating 40+ Federations to Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement. You will design, develop, and deploy C# Dataverse plugins, manage ALM, and build Azure-based integrations across multi-tenant environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, strong C# and Azure skills, and experience with nonprofit

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience in production environments.
Demonstrated experience writing C# Dataverse plugins — both synchronous and asynchronous — deployed to production.
3+ years of Azure development experience, including Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
Experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales for nonprofit or fundraising/nonprofit CRM modules.
Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration with external systems via APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain C# Dataverse plugins and custom Dynamics 365 entities for 40+ federation deployments.
Develop and support the Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement platform (gifts, pledges, CRM).
Architect multi-entity transactions with Dataverse SDK for data integrity.
Lead deployment, environment management, and ALM across multiple environments.
Build and maintain Azure Functions and Azure Durable Functions for orchestration and background processing.
Create Azure-based integration services connecting Dynamics 365 with external platforms.
