Supportive Concepts for Families is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential Specialist for full-time, with paid training and DailyPay options. Immediate openings and a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 are available. No experience required; training provided.

We help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful, independent lives, promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Support daily living skills and independence.
• Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Follow individualized support plans and goals.
