DreamYard in the Bronx seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and grants management across CRM systems. The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and collaboration with program and finance teams to advance the organization’s mission.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nonprofit administration, development, fundraising operations, grants management, or a related field.
• Experience with a CRM required (Salesforce, Tessitura, Little Green Light, Raiser’s Edge, etc.)
• Must know how to exercise discretion and discernment with regards to highly confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping and data integrity.
• Proficiency with Google Suite

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate donor, prospect, institutional, event, gift, and engagement records in Little Green Light.
• Process gifts and maintain complete contribution records with documentation.
• Conduct regular database audits and resolve duplicates or incomplete records.
• Identify data gaps and improve development tracking and workflows.
• Prepare timely donor acknowledgements, tax receipts, and other stewardship correspondence.
• Support annual and special giving campaigns, lists, mailings, and digital appeals.
• Assist with grants research, proposals, and reporting.
• Plan and support development events, including the annual gala.
• Collaborate with Finance and Program teams to reconcile contributed revenue.
