DREAM is seeking a Donor Database Manager to join the Advancement team in New York. You will own DREAM's donor database, fundraising technology, and data operations, ensuring systems and data support fundraising growth and strategy.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Communications, and frontline fundraisers to optimize Salesforce, oversee gift processing, and develop analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality and decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years administering Salesforce or comparable fundraising CRM.
• Experience with CRM administration, data management, reporting, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
• Experience with gift processing, fundraising revenue operations, reconciliation, or donor data management preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills; able to translate complex needs into scalable data/tech solutions.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, or emerging tech to improve processes; willingness to learn new tech.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across departments.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset and commitment to DREAM’s mission and values.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary Salesforce administrator for Advancement.
• Manage configuration, users, campaigns, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
• Oversee data management, imports/exports, deduplication, data standards, governance, and quality controls.
• Monitor database health, security, system performance, and document processes; work with IT/vendors to improve.
• Train staff on Salesforce and fundraising tech; maintain user documentation and SOPs; gather feedback to improve usability.
