Job summary

Eltropy Inc. seeks a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 50 mid-size financial institutions in the Central US region. You will drive retention, adoption, and expansion by delivering tailored success plans, onboarding, and ongoing guidance.

You’ll partner with Sales and Product to surface customer needs, mitigate churn risks, and promote best practices. Travel quarterly for in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM/AM) in SaaS or FinTech.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 50 customers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel quarterly for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
• Develop tailored success plans and manage onboarding processes.
• Identify churn risks and mitigate through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive expansion opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Track customer health and maintain CRM records.
