Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 50 mid-size community financial institutions across the Central U.S. region.

You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI-powered communications platform, driving retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate has SaaS and FinTech experience, a strong customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong relationship management and strategic partnership skills.
• Ability to analyze product usage data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure desired outcomes.
• Advocate customer needs across product and service teams to influence roadmaps.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close upsell opportunities.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption through training and resources.
• Track customer health and retention metrics and maintain CRM data quality.
