Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 50 mid-size financial institution customers across the South Central US region. The role focuses on driving retention, expansion, and high customer satisfaction while guiding onboarding and product adoption.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct strategic reviews, and leverage our AI communications platform to deliver measurable outcomes and value for clients and Eltropy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to develop tailored success plans and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Develop and execute success plans to prevent churn and drive growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for handoffs.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Collect feedback to influence product development.
• Track customer health and key retention metrics.
