Eltropy is hiring a Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Central US region, focusing on servicing a portfolio of 50 mid-size community financial institutions. You will drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction using our AI-powered SaaS platform.

Expect to lead onboarding, adoption, and proactive risk mitigation through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate with sales and product teams, conduct regular business reviews, and cultivate referenceable customers across a growing

Qualifications

5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in SaaS/FinTech contexts.
Strong focus on customer outcomes, retention, and value realization.
Ability to analyze usage data to mitigate churn and identify expansion opportunities.
Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person customer meetings.

Responsabilités

Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure desired outcomes.
Develop and execute tailored success plans; drive product adoption and training.
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close upsell deals.
Program-manage onboarding and drive successful implementation for new customers.
Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product and cross-functional teams.
Track customer health and retention metrics in the CRM/CS platform.
