Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Asheville, NC seeks a Crisis Dispatcher / Qualified Professional PRN to be the first contact in behavioral health crises, triage calls and dispatch responders for face-to-face interventions.

Position requires qualifying professional status with relevant degree, licensure, and 1–4+ years of experience depending on degree, with an opportunity to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $23.00-$24.00 per hour on a PRN basis.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field with required experience.
• Master’s degree or higher with relevant experience may waive other criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention in home, school, workplace, and community settings.
• Stabilizes callers, triages crisis, and dispatches responders for face-to-face interventions.
• Collaborates with clinical staff and community services to support recovery goals.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to safety and compliance standards.

Skills

Experience with population served

Ability to work PRN 12-hour shifts
