RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Crisis Qualified Professional / QP / Mobile Crisis Dispatch. This role supports individuals with mental health and substance use challenges across home, school, workplace, and community settings.

It requires a human services degree, relevant crisis experience, and licensure or registration as required. Shifts are available full-time or part-time with hybrid/remote work, but orientation and training are on-site in Wilmington, NC.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional (QP).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services with 2+ years full-time experience or
• Bachelor's in another field with 4+ years experience or a Master’s degree with 1+ year experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with mental health or substance use issues in multiple settings.
• Facilitate relationships and act as a link between individuals, families, and community resources.
• Perform case management and coordinate services with clinical staff.
