Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Behavioral Health Crisis Qualified Professional (QP) for a full-time 12pm–8pm shift in North Carolina. The role supports individuals with mental health and substance use concerns across residential, school, workplace, and community settings, emphasizing recovery, skill-building, and community integration.

Qualified Professionals must meet education criteria, such as a Bachelor’s in non-human services with 4+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in human services

Qualifications

• CPR proficiency required.
• First responder on-call system involvement.
• Interdisciplinary healthcare team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise the Person Centered Plan with the team.
• Facilitate relationships between the company, families, local agencies, and community.
• Support client in daily living, social, and behavior management skills.
• Coordinate case management including services and referrals.
• Maintain timely PCP authorizations and ensure service utilization is appropriate.
