Badger Meter is seeking an experienced Credit and Collection Analyst to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely payments, and resolve disputes. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate account information and order processing.

Key duties include reviewing aging, resolving complex invoice issues, and verifying orders against billing details. A high school diploma with related experience and ERP system knowledge are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school degree/GED required
• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by reviewing aging and payment history with follow up
• Research and resolve complex invoice discrepancies and deductions
• Spot check orders for accuracy and verify PO matches billing details
• Confer with clients to verify financial/credit transactions and resolve disputes
• Enter invoices online for certain customers
• Set up new customers and verify address, tax exemption status and invoice delivery
