Job summary

Employer.com is seeking a sharp Program Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of its Contingent Workforce program, coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and data integrity across VMS and HR systems.

You will work with the CW Program Manager, People Services, IT, and vendors to ensure timely onboarding, accurate timesheets, and monthly reporting, while maintaining SLA-driven response times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing or recruiting operations, or program coordination.
• Experience with a VMS or HRIS (VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent professional judgment when handling sensitive worker data related to compensation, performance, and compliance.
• Reliable and responsive when fielding time-sensitive requests.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Staffing industry or contingent workforce program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY and maintain records.
• Own VMS record administration, including new vendor setup.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and day-one readiness for contractors.
• Triage intake channels and respond within SLA.
• Support vendor management metrics and program reporting.
• Maintain program communications and knowledge base.
• Chase and resolve timesheet and billing questions.
