Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee global workforce operations, onboarding governance, and VMS program execution. This role requires deep expertise in workforce management platforms, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight.

The Sr. Program Coordinator will drive process efficiency, ensure compliance across global programs, mentor junior coordinators, and partner with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Recruitment to deliver high‑impact workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce operations, MSP programs, HR operations, or contingent workforce management.
• Strong experience with VMS platforms Fieldglass or Beeline.
• Experience supporting global workforce programs and multiple worker types (EOR, contractors, contingent workforce).
• Advanced organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Global Workforce Program Management: lead onboarding and offboarding operations for global workforce populations.
• VMS Program Ownership: act as SME for VMS platforms, manage worker lifecycle and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership: coordinate between clients, vendors, HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Recruitment.
• Workforce Compliance & Payroll Readiness: ensure data, approvals, and payroll readiness; support audits.
• Workforce Engagement & Program Optimization: identify improvements and mentor junior coordinators.
