Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of consumer lending experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of loans and lending guidelines.
• Detailed knowledge of processing, underwriting and closing procedures.
• Experience with loan application and underwriting systems.
• Must manage a pipeline and demonstrate leadership.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact customers to collect documents needed to underwrite applications.
• Explain products and policies clearly for lending decisions.
• Evaluate loan documentation and clear conditions per authority.
• Manage loan pipeline and coordinate with underwriting and financial centers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Mentor and train less experienced Loan Specialists.
