Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a seasoned configuration delivery leader to oversee teams responsible for system configuration and release management. You will drive analysis, design, and implementation of initiatives to improve performance and align with enterprise strategy.

You will also mentor staff, manage performance, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 5+ years in related field; in lieu of degree, 7+ years acceptable.
• Experience leading configuration delivery and release management teams.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery.
• Lead analysis, development, and implementation of process/system changes.
• Coordinate testing plans and data migration per release.
• Provide direction to a team and communicate status to upper management.
• Mentor staff and manage performance, growth, and succession.
