Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Murrells Inlet, SC to lead day-to-day operations on behalf of the Board. You will oversee staff, ensure legal compliance, and manage the association's budgets and initiatives to enhance community living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 3 years’ experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction.
• Seven years of community management experience, incl. 4 years supervising staff.
• Valid Driver’s License and state-mandated vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing short- and long-range plans and lead annual goal setting.
• Oversee organization structure and review job descriptions; advise Board on changes.
• Partner with public, private and volunteer orgs to provide community services.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all community staff per management plan.
• Ensure compliance with civil code, governing documents and budgets.
