Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a proactive Community Manager in South Carolina to lead operations across our manufactured housing communities. You will drive resident relations, budget oversight, and asset protection while building a strong team and communicating clearly with leadership.

The role demands hands-on management, strong decision-making, and an ability to coordinate marketing, leasing, and community events to sustain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.
• Must obtain or transfer licensing within 90 days (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations incl. evictions, collections, resident relations, budget, and asset protection.
• Recruit, train, grow, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce expectations.
• Oversee marketing, sale, leasing, and turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy.
• Build relationships with vendors, cities, and counties.
• Plan and supervise community events to foster a positive environment.
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards.
• Travel to meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Coordinate home delivery and warranty follow-ups with manufacturers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
