Qualifications

• Professional experience in the community association management industry.
• Solid knowledge of office software and community management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of communities including single family homes and townhomes.
• Guides and recommends actions for Board members.
• Provides management services in compliance with contracts.
• Assists Board and homeowners with issues.
• Fiscally manages by reviewing invoices and financial statements.
• Prepares draft budgets and conducts site reviews.
• Communicates with Board members and vendors in a timely manner.
