This full-time role emphasizes SIS training coordination, data management, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to collaborate across leadership and community partners while supporting a person-centered service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
• ACRE Certification required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IDD services, compliance, Medicaid reimbursement, or program operations
• Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with program leadership, providers, and community partners
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and standard business software applications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIS training, certification, recertification, and assessment processes
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding SIS administration, interpretation, and service planning
• Collect, organize, and maintain data related to performance-based contracts and service delivery
• Develop and maintain tracking systems, reports, and dashboards to monitor program outcomes and benchmarks
• Monitor program enrollment and approved capacity requirements
• Coordinate NG5 reimbursement requests, documentation, and submissions
• Support admissions and referral processes across IDD and Behavioral Health programs
• Collaborate with leadership, providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality services
• Participate in special projects and operational initiatives while supporting a values-based service environment
